Onboarding Process for Carriers
Welcome to our freight brokerage company! We’re excited to have you on board as a carrier. Our onboarding process is designed to ensure that you have all the information and resources you need to start working with us smoothly. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
Step 1: Application Submission
What You Need to Do:
Fill out our carrier application form available here.
Provide necessary information, including your company details, contact information, and services offered.
Important Documents:
Insurance Certificates: Proof of insurance (GTC Logisticz Inc must be listed as certificate holder with following company details GTC Logisticz Inc - 3030 WARRENVILLE RD UNIT 105 LISLE, IL 60532).
Insurance Certificate must be sent from your agent/firm's end to compliance@gtclogisticz.com.
Step 2: Document Review
What Happens Next:
Our team will review your application and submitted documents.
We may reach out for any additional information or clarification.
Timeline:
This process typically takes 1-5 business days. We appreciate your patience!
Step 3: Approval and Contract Signing
Once Approved:
You will receive an approval email outlining the next steps.
A Highway set up link will be provided for your to onboard.
What to Expect:
Review the Terms & Conditions carefully.
Ensure that you understand your responsibilities and our expectations.
Step 4: Start Booking Loads
Ready to Go:
Once you’re set up, you can start browsing and booking loads through our Load Board which will be shared to the email indicated on FMCSA portal.
